HOW WE CAN HELP OUR COACHES
As volunteer coaches you are one of the biggest assets within our association, it’s your contributions that help shape our future hockey players into engaged members of the hockey community. So in order to look after our asset it is imperative that we offer you support and development opportunities for you to thrive in your roles too.
Thats where I can help, my role as Coaching and Development manager is to help lead your development and give you the tools you need to succeed. So whether it be a coaching workshop, mentoring session, coaching course, general coaching conversation or sharing coaching resources with you I’m can help.
